I moved Surreal Succulents from WordPress to Shopify and built custom plugins that connect the shop to the management system, which saves the team hours of manual work. The move also set the business up to grow and gave customers a better experience.

What I took from it
Building software for a real business taught me that the best solutions come from understanding how people actually work, and technical requirements only get you part of the way. This project is what moved me from operations into software development, and it still shapes how I build products: I look for real problems where I can measure the impact of fixing them.
